Who we are

This website, azzari.digital, is operated by Azzari Digital Ventures LLC, a privately held limited liability company based in Inglewood, California ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for the information described here. Questions or requests: jeremy@azzari.digital, or use the support page.

What this site collects

Browsing this site collects nothing. There are no analytics, no advertising, no third-party trackers, and no cookies set by us.

If you send us a message through the support form, we receive what you typed — your name, email address, an optional subject and your message — together with your IP address, your browser's user-agent string and the time of submission. The last three are recorded to detect and block abuse of the form.

How we use it

• To answer you, and to follow up on what you wrote to us about.
• To keep records of correspondence for our ordinary business purposes.
• To protect the form from spam and automated abuse.

We do not use what you send us for marketing, we do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers below.

Service providers

• Amazon Web Services hosts this site and runs the support form, and delivers the resulting message to our inbox by email. Processing happens in the United States. We do not enable web access logging on the site's content delivery network.
• Cloudflare provides the Turnstile human-verification challenge on the form. To decide whether a visitor is a person, Cloudflare receives your IP address and signals about your browser. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
• Google Workspace hosts the mailbox your message lands in.

How long we keep it

Support correspondence stays in our mailbox for as long as it is useful for the enquiry and our business records. You can ask us to delete your messages at any time and we will, unless we're required to keep them.

Your choices and rights

Write to jeremy@azzari.digital to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Depending on where you live you may have these rights by law; we honour the requests either way. We will not discriminate against you for making one.

Children

This website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them through it. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

International visitors

We operate from the United States, and information you send through this site is processed there.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version is posted here with a new effective date.
